Terminology for beginners
If you are new to Kyokushin, it may seem difficult to understand what's going on. But don't worry, everyone started out feeling exactly the same and it won't take long for it to all fall into place.
Here are a few of the basic terms to get you started. Concentrate on mastering these in the beginning...
