General Comments
Congratulations to those who graded. It was particularly small which enabled me to more thoroughly look at techniques, stances and general fitness.
As always there are some stance issues creeping back in to some
of the juniors. Making a correct fist still seems to be too hard
for some of our senior people and ura clearly needs more work. It
comes back to regular training and I have always said.
