December 2011 Grading

What a great finish to a big year for the Brisbane dojo.  Congratulations to Sempai Jo for attaining her Nidan – put in a fantastic effort.  Welcome to Walter and Zach, getting off their white belts.  Well done to Henry for getting back to training after a few months off.  Finally a great effort by Paul and Sue to complete a strong 1st kyu grading.  Preparation was the obvious improvement this time round.

Next year will be another great year for us.  We will be holding a camp in Spring next year and my own goal is to be a 4thdan by the time this comes around.  Sempai Mal, Sensei Mark and myself all need to go up in the ranks.

Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a happy and safe Christmas and new year.  I hope to see you all early next month ready to burn off those festive calories.
